The cautious upward trend on the European pigs-mature-for-slaughter market continues. After already slight increases seen in quotations in several EU countries last week, pigs-for-slaughter prices in the Netherlands, France and Spain can now increase further. The main driving factor is the small available supply of pigs for slaughter.
