EU Pig Prices: Late Start of the Barbecue Season Slows Down the Market - Prices Develop Unevenly


The European pigs-mature-for-slaughter market is mainly characterised by stability in the current week of slaughter. The majority of quotations are moving sideways. The Danish price continued to rise by another 4 cents, while the French price weakened and dropped noticeably. Overall, the prices in Europe are moving closer together again due to the inconsistent development of the quotations.
