EU Pig Prices: Inconsistent Price Development - Disappointing Intra-EU Meat Transactions


This week, the European pigs-mature-for-slaughter market ranges between a significant price decline in Germany and a noticeable price increase in France.

Overall, it must be said that there is a lot of disappointment on the European market due to a lack of demand stimulus. So far, only selective relief is observed in some countries with regard to gastronomy. The cool weather is also causing a lack of seasonal demand, which is dampening the mood.
